Senior Product Manager, Foundations

VitalizeSan Francisco, CA
$215 - $260Hybrid

About The Position

Vitalize is building the system that runs hospitals intelligently, starting with labor, which is the biggest cost and the hardest operational problem. The impact is real: saving hospitals millions, giving clinical leaders back time, and retaining staff. Vitalize has raised over $32M from top investors and customers. The Foundations Team owns everything involved in getting Vitalize into a hospital's hands as fast as possible, configured correctly for how that hospital actually works. This includes data integrations, delivery and configuration tooling, and ensuring rules and compliance are enforced consistently. The team's north star is customer time-to-live. The role of Senior Product Manager, Foundations is crucial for scaling and repeating the process of hospital implementation, moving away from bespoke solutions towards a first-class product that makes custom code unnecessary. Success in the first year involves unlocking major ARR by decreasing time-to-live without manually scaling operations teams. This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work culture.
