About The Position

Our Fleet Product Team builds intelligent solutions that improve fleet availability, reduce costs, and optimize operations at scale. Key focus areas include Fleet Automation, Service Optimization, Shop Efficiency, and Partner Performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of end-to-end product management experience, including product vision, strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, testing, release management, performance measurement, and continuous enhancement.
Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
Strong leadership, communication, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results, lead process and organizational change, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, adaptable, and goal-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while maintaining focus on strategic business objectives.

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in AI/ML, telematics, and vehicle diagnostics.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
Oversee the ideation, definition, development, testing, launch, and monitoring of features end-to-end.
Work closely with engineering, data science, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies.
Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes, fostering transparency and trust.
Provide training and support to service partners and customers, ensuring they can effectively use the product.
