As a key member of the Global Marketing team, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for Optilume Stricture in the U.S., including defining the global product strategy and roadmap, executing patient and physician awareness marketing activities, developing and executing patient campaigns, and providing ongoing support for the Optilume Stricture portfolio. This role involves leading global strategy and market preparation for Optilume Stricture, including international launch planning, positioning, messaging, segmentation, and post-launch performance tracking. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with Upstream Product Management, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and other internal teams to support product portfolio expansion, new product development, and alignment on overall marketing strategy. They will own and execute omni-channel direct-to-patient campaigns, develop digital and social content, and create marketing support materials such as sales aids, economic models, and digital ads. Additionally, the role requires partnering with Commercial Excellence and field sales teams to deliver training, develop programs, support surgical cases, and build physician relationships to drive adoption of Optilume Stricture. The Senior Product Manager will also define and support global society conference strategies, including KOL management, podium and booth presentations, and lead-generation initiatives in collaboration with the Optilume BPH team.
