Position Summary Momentum and Insights are where our AI strategy meets the person actually doing the fundraising. Momentum helps gift officers spend their time on relationships instead of data entry. Insights brings wealth and demographic signals along with prospect research into the work. Together they are becoming the system of intelligence for fundraising teams, and the bundle is one of the most important revenue bets we have. This role owns that surface. You own the strategy, the roadmap, and the outcomes, working alongside the GM who owns the commercial side. You are the single product owner for both products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, with real ownership of a surface and its business outcomes
  • Experience with AI or ML powered products. You do not need to train a model, but you need to know what is actually possible and shape the product accordingly
  • Fluency with AI tooling as part of how you work, including hands on prototyping
  • Strong product marketing instincts. You think about positioning and enablement while you are still building
  • Evidence of customer centered practice: discovery interviews, jobs to be done, opportunity mapping, or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You can talk to an engineer, an executive, and a customer without changing what is true
  • Comfort with ambiguity, and the resourcefulness to build structure where none exists

Nice To Haves

  • fundraising technology, nonprofit CRM, or the nonprofit sector.
  • Design thinking or the ability to put a real prototype in front of someone.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and roadmap. You own where Momentum and Insights go and why. You bring evidence to the betting table. You size opportunities, make the tradeoffs, and you can defend the sequence to anyone in the company.
  • Generative discovery. You are in front of customers continuously. Interviews, ride-alongs, watching users work. Your job is to find what should exist, not just what is broken. Structured customer signal comes to you from Product Operations, and you decide what it means and what we do about it.
  • Shipping. You work daily with your squad. Lightweight specs, working prototypes over long documents, feature flags, progressive rollout. You are accountable for value shipped.
  • The bundle and the integrations. Insights data inside Momentum, full CRM integration, and the cross-product dependencies that come with both. You represent those dependencies in planning and you chase them down when they stall.
  • Why it matters. You do not own the full marketing function, but you own making sure what you ship lands for internal teams and for customers. Positioning, feature to pain mapping, demos, narratives for sales and CX. You partner with PMM on the broader market story and enablement.
  • Metrics. Adoption, engagement, retention, revenue impact, and customer outcomes.
