THE ROLE As a Sr. Product Manager (Subscription & GTM), you will be the strategic architect of our recurring revenue engine. You will sit at the high-impact intersection of product innovation and commercial strategy, transforming complex technical capabilities into seamless, high-value subscription experiences. Collaborating deeply with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, you won’t just manage features—you’ll define how our customers consume our technology and how our business scales globally. This is a critical leadership role where your vision directly dictates market adoption and measurable business growth.

Requirements

  • Subscription & Monetization Mastery: Deep expertise in the SaaS business model, with a proven ability to provide complex requirements for systems like CPQ, Subscription, or Asset Management.
  • Commercial Strategy: A track record of success in pricing strategy and revenue management, with the ability to translate market trends into competitive positioning.
  • Strategic Lifecycle Leadership: Demonstrated experience navigating the full product development lifecycle for complex, cross-platform features, including the professional maturity to make difficult trade-offs between technical feasibility and business priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives, mentor junior peers, and build technical credibility with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the Subscription Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end strategy and technical roadmap for subscription features, prioritizing high-impact outcomes in retention and expansion to ensure our product evolution drives long-term customer value.
  • Engineer GTM Excellence: Lead the design and execution of pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with Finance and Sales, creating the commercial frameworks that empower our field teams to win in a competitive SaaS landscape.
  • Drive Data-Informed Growth: Establish and own the KPIs for adoption and churn reduction, synthesizing market intelligence and customer research into actionable requirements that solve real-world business frictions.
  • Bridge the Gap from Build to Buy: Partner with Sales Ops and Field Enablement to launch high-impact cross-sell campaigns and readiness programs, ensuring every product release is met with market-ready messaging and immediate revenue momentum.
