Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering or related
6 years of experience in Software Developer, Product Owner, Product Manager or related
Agile software development experience in the identity, risk, and authentication domain, working in Fintech or similar environment
Experience with digital channels and how they are secured, including authentication protocols and mechanisms used in modern customer authentication
Experience with Digital Banking platform integrations, including leading projects from a product management domain to successful completion
Experience refining the Digital Banking and Mobile Experience product roadmap based on user feedback, market shifts, and business goals, adapting strategy to dynamic market conditions

Responsibilities

Collaborate with technical and functional teams at Digital Banking customers as well as banks, and development partners to ensure cohesive alignment and seamless execution throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Engage with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, and Partnership teams for demo and sales support, bridging the gap between the technical intricacies of Entersekt’s product and its compelling value proposition.
Serve as a bridge between USA field teams and SA-based engineering and operations teams, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances product agility and effectiveness.
Participate in product strategy and solution architecture sessions, several times a week.
Facilitate the strategic product vision into tangible product enhancements or critical features.
Accelerate prototyping, sales support, and product strategy, particularly for the Banking platforms and Digital Banking integrations, to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
Lead daily stand-up meetings with internal and external Engineering to ensure cross-functional alignment, promoting transparency and rapid decision-making.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience, marrying technical functionality with user-centric design principles.
Refine the Digital Banking and Mobile Experience product roadmap based on user feedback, market shifts, and business goals, adapting our strategy to dynamic market conditions.
