ValonOS, their unified platform, structures and programs every process, positioning it for the AI era where AI agents can automate tasks and continuously improve operations. Mortgage servicing is just the beginning of their vision to transform regulated industries. Valon is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the product design and execution of a new internal initiative: a suite of AI-powered agents designed to enable their deployment team to run simultaneous, autonomous implementations at scale. This role is highly hands-on, requiring the individual to build and deploy agents using Claude Code, acting as a bridge between product vision and technical reality. The ideal candidate is passionate about building, deeply familiar with AI tooling, and eager to own a product that will directly define Valon's scalability.

Requirements

• You live in Claude Code. You've built real things with it — not just demos.
• You have a true passion for building. Side projects, experiments, personal tools — your portfolio shows a person who can't stop building.
• You have a strong intuition for what AI can do reliably today and you are constantly on the forefront of latest AI capabilities.
• 4–8 years of product experience, with at least 2 years working on AI or platform
• Proven ability to own ambiguous, 0-to-1 initiatives and drive them to completion without extensive scaffolding
• Strong written and verbal communication — you can write a tight requirements doc, run a crisp standup, and explain a gnarly tradeoffs to leadership
• You operate with urgency and have a bias for exception
• You’re exceptional at prioritization and finding the shortest path to a great product experience

Responsibilities

• Lead product definition and building for our deployment AI agent suite — agents designed to enable our deployment team to scale enterprise deployments without sacrificing quality or speed
• Personally contribute to the codebase: write skills, build agent workflows, deploy and iterate — not just direct others
• Define the architecture and sequencing of the agent suite: what gets built first, how agents hand off to each other, what human-in-the-loop moments are required
• Partner closely with deployment ops and engineering to translate real workflow friction into agent capabilities
• Establish evaluation frameworks and feedback loops so agents actually improve over time
• Be the internal evangelist and authority on what's working, what's not, and what's next
