About The Position

Rokt is an ecommerce technology company with the mission of making every transaction more relevant. The Rokt Ecommerce Network leverages proprietary machine learning recommendation systems, powering billions of transactions for hundreds of millions of customers, and is trusted to do this by companies like Live Nation, Fanatics, Macy’s, AMC Theatres, PayPal, Uber, Hulu, Staples, Albertsons and HelloFresh. We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Product Manager to join our Customer Data Platform (CDP) product team. In addition to serving as the CDP platform for many of the world’s top consumer brands, we operate the user data platform for Rokt’s AI engine. You will own capability and feature roadmaps which enable machine-learning and real time personalization, including data quality and observability efforts (ML-powered anomaly detection, threshold alerting, real-time observability) and maturing the platform as reliable core infrastructure for both Rokt’s internal AI/ML stack and enterprise clients.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in technical roles within high-technology companies.
3+ years of product management experience, ideally owning data infrastructure or AI/ML-adjacent products.
Deep experience with AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure — you understand what “good” training data looks like and how data quality directly impacts model performance and advertiser outcomes.
Hands-on experience with anomaly detection, data observability tools, or AI-driven monitoring products (e.g., Monte Carlo, Bigeye, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior product managers, and drive cross-organizational efforts to achieve business objectives.
Ability to collaborate with engineers on technical architecture decisions (e.g., ML pipeline design, event forwarding prioritization) as well as leading commercial conversations with clients and vendors.

Nice To Haves

Strong preference for deep experience in one or more of: Adtech, Cloud Data Warehouse, Identity Resolution, Data Science, or AI/ML.

Responsibilities

Own and drive AI-enabling product strategy for Rokt’s Customer Data Platform — ensuring the platform delivers high-quality, high-fidelity data signals that improve advertiser match rates, attribution accuracy, and ROAS across channels.
Lead the roadmap for AI-powered data quality: design and ship advanced anomaly detection, threshold alerting, and real-time self-service monitoring dashboards that proactively surface data quality issues before they degrade downstream model performance.
Define the roadmap for advanced observability: third-party monitoring integrations and pipeline anomaly detection, meeting the enterprise-grade infrastructure expectations of Rokt’s Top 200 Partner clients.
Set vision and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to deliver the Core CDP roadmap on time with excellent execution.
Ensure alignment with senior stakeholders and executives across departments; make critical decisions to steer the platform as Rokt’s AI stack scales.
Define and achieve OKRs across AI observability, data quality, integration coverage, and platform reliability.
