We focus on a customer-first approach to product development, drawing inspiration from outside influences to create new frameworks. Our office in Charlotte, NC, serves as a hub for our distributed team. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Customer Management team. This role will focus on driving customer engagement with our Cards products, increasing incremental usage and spend, and enhancing the customer experience within the BrightWay mobile app and other digital properties. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences at scale, a strong bias for action, and the ability to execute long-term roadmaps while managing stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who blends data-driven insights with product intuition to push the boundaries of product experience. Open-mindedness, inquisitiveness, and teamwork are essential. This is a hybrid role based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina or Wilmington, DE office.
