Turno is the leading operations platform for short-term rental hosts and property managers, offering a SaaS platform and mobile apps that automate turnover logistics. The company is scaling rapidly, evolving into a multi-product platform serving customers worldwide. Turno's mission is to empower hosts to manage rentals effortlessly, anywhere in the world, with reliable, intuitive, proactive, and automated support. They foster seamless connections that help hosts maximize ease and service providers grow their businesses, driven by customer obsession, speed, discipline, and innovation. The company culture is defined by its Source CODE values: Customer Obsessed, Outcome Focused, Data Driven, and Entrusted Ownership. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build products that real people depend on daily, alongside a team that values creativity, ownership, and impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in two-sided marketplaces or B2B SaaS, ideally with multi-sided interactions (supply and demand, buyers and sellers) and subscription business models.
  • Strong product sense and curiosity, with a drive to understand root problems by continuously asking 'why'.
  • Experience leveraging AI throughout product tasks and planning.
  • Hands-on experience implementing customer engagement solutions (e.g., Braze, Iterable), including lifecycle messaging, push, in-app, and email journeys tied to product events.
  • A track record of leading platform modernization, including migrating from a legacy tech stack to a modern one, paired with a UX redesign across web and mobile apps.
  • Experience defining KPIs, building instrumentation, and using BI tools for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or operational constraints into simple, persuasive stories for any audience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the core platform experience end to end, setting the strategy, roadmap, and execution for features hosts and cleaners rely on most: scheduling, job completion, and operational quality.
  • Conduct continuous discovery with hosts, cleaners, partners, and internal teams to synthesize learnings into clear problem statements and testable hypotheses.
  • Balance supply and demand to ensure the marketplace remains healthy for all participants, making tradeoffs that benefit both hosts and cleaners.
  • Design for edge cases (substitutions, late arrivals, no-shows, damage reports, engagement notifications) with the same rigor as the primary flow, creating workflows that Operations can manage.
  • Partner daily with Engineering and Design to define solutions, prioritize effectively, and release high-quality work on a steady cadence.
  • Drive alignment by communicating clearly, making decisions in a structured way, and keeping stakeholders and leadership informed.
  • Build Looker dashboards to track the health of the product area, defining KPIs and instrumentation.
  • Work with Engineering on platform architecture to ensure robust, scalable, and easily extendable integrations with partners.
  • Design and ship AI-enabled experiences, such as proactive agents for resolving scheduling conflicts, flagging quality issues, and auditing completed work.
  • Use AI-assisted coding tools to build working prototypes for validating ideas and integrations before engineering handoff.
