About The Position

Rithum is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Client Data Visualization to own the strategy, roadmap, and development of their client-facing impact dashboard. This product is designed to be prescriptive and KPI-driven, showcasing the measurable value of Rithum's platform in terms of client growth, optimization, and cost savings. The role requires operating independently, tackling ambiguous problems, and uniting cross-functional teams around a shared vision. Deep expertise in data visualization and client-facing analytics products is essential, with an expectation to leverage AI-powered capabilities to advance commerce intelligence for major retailers and brands. Rithum is an AI-first organization, expecting all employees to utilize AI to enhance speed, efficiency, and create repeatable patterns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of product management experience in the B2B SaaS industry with a complex enterprise-level product, preferably in eCommerce or marketplace platforms.
  • Strong expertise in KPI-driven product development and building client-facing dashboards or reporting tools that surface measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with Data Science and Engineering teams on data modeling, pipelines, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of metrics, experimentation, and product iteration based on user behavior and usage data.
  • Experience as a Product Manager working on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data & insights platforms.
  • Strong experience with the full product development lifecycle, including setting goals, measuring results, and quantifying feature impact.
  • Experience driving strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems, particularly with unifying multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience in supporting team-based projects, focusing on alignment with project goals and contributing to technical teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools across the PM workflow (qualitative research synthesis, concept prototyping, documentation, data exploration and analysis) to accelerate decisions while exercising strong editorial judgment.
  • Strong ability to work with vendors and internal teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders for successful project delivery.
  • Comfortable presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytically minded with proficiency in data-driven decision making and experience with product analytics tools.
  • Experience collaborating with large clients.
  • Positive & growth-oriented mindset with a strong bias to action.
  • Strong and concise written & verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to any audience.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Client Data Visualization product and drive its long-term vision for a prescriptive, client-facing impact dashboard that highlights platform value through recommendations, automations, and business outcomes, utilizing AI-first approaches.
  • Define and deliver KPI-driven dashboards that clearly demonstrate platform value by tracking recommendations taken, automations executed, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Client Success to align on metrics, data models, and insight generation pipelines for the dashboard.
  • Translate complex datasets into intuitive, actionable visualizations to enhance client understanding and decision-making.
  • Establish and track success metrics for dashboard adoption, engagement, and client outcomes to drive continuous product iteration.
  • Synthesize qualitative client inputs (interviews, support tickets, surveys) using AI tools to identify themes and opportunities for product strategy.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all surfaced insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to improve business processes, team operations, and align client needs with internal objectives.
  • Own and drive roadmap prioritization for the product area, making independent decisions on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs, incorporating AI-assisted insights.
  • Leverage AI tools to prototype and validate product concepts and workflows (user flows, wireframe descriptions, low-fidelity mocks) to de-risk ideas.
  • Lead end-to-end product development and execution from concept to launch, including PRDs, prioritization, client discussions, testing, QA, change management, and adoption.
  • Use AI to accelerate product documentation workflows (PRDs, one-pagers, release notes) while maintaining quality and clarity.
  • Track development progress, report status to stakeholders, and assist in managing product release cycles.
  • Support product testing and validation to ensure high-quality releases and a seamless user experience.
  • Act as the voice of the client, triaging requests with urgency and building trusting relationships.
  • Lead and influence stakeholders across design and engineering teams to ensure successful, fast delivery with high product validation and QA standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to gain buy-in and alignment on product strategies, goals, and initiatives.
  • Leverage AI-assisted data exploration and analysis (e.g., natural language querying, chart interpretation, anomaly identification) for faster, evidence-based product decisions.
