About The Position

The Senior Cash Management Product Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, roadmap, profitability, and performance of liquidity management solutions. This includes products such as cash concentration, investment sweeps, insured cash sweep, and account analysis. The ideal candidate will have a holistic understanding of cash management, including payables, receivables, and information reporting, to ensure solutions are integrated and aligned with client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7 years of product management experience in cash management and/or treasury management required
  • 3 years of product management, strategy or consulting experience required
  • 2 years of experience in the financial services or payments industry required
  • Experience with launching and commercializing payments products.
  • Deep knowledge of NACHA rules, Wire regulations, SWIFT, real time payments and FedNow.
  • Experience with Agile product development methodology.

  • Bachelor's degree may be substituted with four years of related experience (four years is in addition to what is minimally required for the role), or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Possess deep knowledge of liquidity and treasury products, including competitive landscape, customer behavior, technology trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development of product strategies and roadmaps that drive customer value, operational efficiency, and sustained profitability.
  • Partner closely with line of business teams to tailor liquidity solutions that meet client objectives across a wide range of industries and business sizes.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in client engagements, including sales calls and strategic relationship meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (operations, technology, risk, compliance, finance, etc.) to define and deliver scalable, end-to-end liquidity experiences.
  • Document and continuously refine policies, procedures, and processes related to liquidity products, ensuring operational readiness and risk mitigation.
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers in partnership with vendor management, ensuring performance, innovation, and compliance with contractual obligations.
