About The Position

GoodLeap's B2B Core Platform team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive contractor growth and retention while ensuring operational efficiency. This 1 to n role focuses on scoping, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact product enhancements that improve scalability, reliability, and contractor experience. With thousands of contractors already using GoodLeap’s industry-leading platform, this role will have the opportunity to make an immediate, widespread impact. You’ll be great in this role if you: -Problem-solve with scale in mind, designing product improvements that unlock value across multiple channels. -Are equally adept at navigating complex implementation details and developing high-level product visions. -Move fast and iterate quickly, while maintaining high-quality output. -Excel at cross-functional collaboration, skilled at serving as both a valued thought partner and air traffic controller.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years as Senior Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B products.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to set direction and make trade-offs with incomplete information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with financial products or Fintech POS lending systems.
  • Experience in the Home Improvement or Residential Solar industry.
  • Experience delivering automation or AI-powered features (OCR, ML decision systems, LLM-based products, etc.).
  • Experience leveraging AI to increase your own execution velocity and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and execution through cross-functional collaboration with Sales/BD, Marketing, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Capital Markets, Engineering, Data, and Design teams.
  • Help develop and prioritize product features based on user feedback, competitive benchmarking, data analysis, and business goals.
  • Drive innovation by designing intelligent, AI-driven automations that reduce manual workflows, improve decision quality, and enhance contractor experience.
  • Maintain clear product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics to scale the B2B business.
  • Support other Core Platform initiatives as needed.
