GoodLeap's B2B Core Platform team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive contractor growth and retention while ensuring operational efficiency. This 1 to n role focuses on scoping, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact product enhancements that improve scalability, reliability, and contractor experience. With thousands of contractors already using GoodLeapâs industry-leading platform, this role will have the opportunity to make an immediate, widespread impact. Youâll be great in this role if you: Problem-solve with scale in mind, designing product improvements that unlock value across multiple channels.
