Senior Product Manager, Automotive

SoundHound AI is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the automotive product line and shape Voice AI in the next generation of vehicles. The role involves owning the automotive strategy and product roadmap, translating product goals into requirements, and managing delivery by coordinating with various teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software product management, experience in the automotive industry, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Own the automotive strategy and product roadmap
• Gather input from stakeholders and research to inform the product roadmap
• Give demos to customers to showcase new features and benefits
• Translate product goals into requirements, specs, user stories, and wireframes
• Coordinate with various teams (engineers, business development, marketing, designers, data scientists) to manage delivery
• Customize partner-specific solutions and incorporate feedback from partners
• Contribute to delivering the best Voice AI experience
• Communicate and document effectively for project success
• Provide leadership across a team
• Ship software products at scale in fast-paced environments
• Have 7+ years of experience as a software Product Manager or equivalent in the automotive industry
• Have an advanced degree in a technical or business field

• Successfully shipped software products at scale in fast-paced environments with team members located around the world
• Strong belief in the importance of communication and documentation for project success
