About The Position

Delinea is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead both internal infrastructure and external product initiatives for our AI capabilities in identity security. This role is responsible for owning core internal AI infrastructure—including load balancing, compliance automation, security monitoring, feedback systems, model routing, and company-specific fine-tuned models. On the external side, you may own strategic open source solutions like the MCP server or deliver customer-facing capabilities as part of our Iris AI offering. You will collaborate across engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver innovative product strategies that maximize both operational excellence and customer impact. This strategic position shapes the future of Delinea’s platform and strengthens our leadership in identity-led AI and security.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA).
  • Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts—including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol), and expertise in model fine-tuning and training. Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and ensure product requirements reflect best practices in agent-enabled systems.
  • Proven ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that balance technical viability, scalability, and user experience.
  • Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products.
  • Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products, working through full product lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value for both internal and external audiences.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience working with PAM/IGA governance initiatives.
  • Experience engaging with open source or technical user communities.

Responsibilities

  • Define, execute, and optimize the architecture and roadmap for critical internal AI infrastructure (including but not limited to load balancing, compliance, monitoring, feedback, model routing, and enterprise fine-tuned LLMs).
  • Own and evolve open-source AI platforms (e.g., MCP Server) and customer solutions within Iris AI, focusing on robust, scalable product delivery and driving adoption in enterprise environments.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver seamless AI solutions for both internal business functions and external customers.
  • Engage and align business leaders, tech teams, and customers on new AI-powered capabilities, requirements, and releases.
  • Ensure products meet stringent compliance, governance, and security standards throughout the lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging AI protocols and multi-agent frameworks (MCP, A2A, etc.) to deliver advanced identity security solutions.
