In this role, you will focus on building AI-powered capabilities that enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and streamline workflows across trade processing, reconciliations, settlements, and data management.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, with exposure to investment operations or post-trade domains
Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, particularly post-trade workflows such as reconciliations, settlements, and exception management
Experience building or supporting data-driven or AI/ML-enabled products
Experience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver production-grade solutions
Proven ability to apply PDLC best practices, including roadmap ownership, requirement definition, and agile delivery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
SQL or Python experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
Experience interacting with users and clients, including running demos, gathering feedback, and supporting adoption
Experience in financial services, fintech, or asset management environments is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven solutions across investment operations
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize post-trade workflows using machine learning and generative AI (e.g., exception management, reconciliations, trade breaks, settlements)
Partner with Operations, Engineering teams to design and deploy AI models that improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
Build intelligent workflows that leverage AI for anomaly detection, data enrichment, and decision support
Engage with clients and internal users to validate use cases, gather feedback, and drive adoption
