About The Position

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive new product development in our AI initiatives, specifically focusing on identity security, authorization, and privileged access. You'll be responsible for shaping features and capabilities within our AI roadmap, partnering closely with leadership to bring products from concept to launch. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands the complexity of Enterprise Security, and is excited to build from zero to one. This position reports to the Senior Director, Product Management.

Requirements

5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, network security.
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA).
Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts—including large language models, multi-agent systems, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol).
Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and ensure product requirements reflect best practices in agent-enabled systems.
Proven ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that balance technical viability, scalability, and user experience.
Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products.
Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products, working through full product lifecycle.
Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products.
Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value for both internal and external audiences.
Up to 25% travel required.

Drive AI product execution: Translate emerging market trends in identity, security, and AI into well-scoped features and product improvements, in partnership with senior product leadership.
Bridge startup speed with enterprise-grade thinking: Ship innovative features fast, while ensuring products meet real-world customer requirements at scale.
Partner deeply across the org: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver on the roadmap.
Drive outcomes: Own individual product initiatives from concept to launch with measurable impact tied to adoption and user success.
Support discovery: Conduct research with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams to validate real-world pain points and opportunities for AI-driven identity security.
Contribute to thought leadership: Support external storytelling — customer conversations, case studies, and occasional analyst or conference engagement — to help showcase our innovation story.
