Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead AI/ML initiatives as part of our Shared Services organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the product vision for AI/ML and work with technical partners to determine feasibility and prioritization. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, specifically with AI/ML products, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform product opportunities. Strong communication skills, the ability to lead across disciplines, and a track record of launching successful products are also important for this role.

• Lead AI/ML initiatives as a part of the Shared Services organization
• Develop the product vision for AIML and work with technical partners to determine feasibility and prioritization
• Partner with internal teams to identify new ways that AI/ML can add value to both internal and external customers
• Lead the full lifecycle of product management from ideation to optimization of existing features
• Analyze and interpret data to make decisions and inform product opportunities
• Launch successful products and features, bringing them from concept to market
• Collaborate and influence peers across disciplines
• Empathize, listen, and obsess over customers, both external and internal
• Communicate effectively across levels and simplify complex topics for broad audiences
• Manage expectations and orient a team around a goal
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive

• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager with at least 1 year experience with AI/ML products
• Experience bringing a product from concept to market, ideally joining backend and front-end systems together
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make decisions to inform product opportunities
• A self-starter with experience launching successful products and features
• The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers
• The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over our customers, external and internal
• The ability to communicate effectively across levels, including ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences, manage expectations, and orient a team around a goal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive

• Salary Range: $127,876 - $207,611
