Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our team at UPSTACK. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of products within our core product domains. This includes owning the domain roadmap, collaborating with other domain owners, and ensuring the integration of UPSTACK's products into a cohesive ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering and communicating product requirements, monitoring project success, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Become an UPSTACK platform expert
• Drive interdisciplinary product projects to successful completion
• Create and test hypotheses and vet assumptions to develop highly impactful products and features, mapping success to the goals of the business
• Scope, prioritize, document, and manage the product backlog for key products and feature sets
• Gather and communicate product requirements and priorities between designers, product and engineering team members, and key stakeholders
• Source feedback from customers and other users, running discovery sessions, documenting and communicating findings to the team, and making critical decisions on what products and features to build
• Communicate project status and deliverable time frames to key stakeholders and advocating for the positive changes that will occur with each product launch
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate the success of projects against targets, and iterate as needed
• Participate in daily standups, weekly planning meetings, retrospective reviews, and other product meetings
• Work in collaboration and coordination with UPSTACK’s customers and other functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Business Operations, Finance, and Marketing
• Collaborate on the UPSTACK product roadmap and provide mentorship for other product managers

• Product Experience: Experience in the development of software products through an agile process including product discovery, requirements validation, the writing of user stories and acceptance criteria, and other best practices and SCRUM methodologies.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in delivering critical tools and information to sales and support personnel within the digital infrastructure industry. Deep understanding of the IT procurement life cycle and its component stages.
