About The Position

The Senior, Product Manager owns short-term product roadmaps with hybrid responsibility for both Allocation strategy and execution. Strong candidates demonstrate a proven ability to understand business needs and end-user requirements, while effectively coordinating across cross-functional teams (including Technology, UI/UX, and business stakeholders) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet all defined requirements. Passion for building great products and solving business problems is key for success in this role. Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners to align on discovery requirements and orchestrate cross-functional projects.
  • Enthusiasm for generating innovative ideas to enhance customer and colleague experiences, coupled with the ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to perform complex data analysis, draw actionable insights, and use business metrics/KPIs to guide strategy and evaluate performance.
  • Capacity to lead complex product areas, prioritize analyses to guide the roadmap effectively, and turn ambiguous subject matter into actionable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to effectively communicate new ideas, findings, and strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance, execute independent research projects, and generate practical results and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to take ownership of agendas in large team settings, drive conversations and decision-making, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong dedication to incorporating customer experience into decision-making processes and product development initiatives.

  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • 4+ years’ experience working in product management.
  • This role involves performing essential job functions such as communication, collaboration, and use of office and computer systems. Responsibilities include the ability to access and review written and electronic information, and to move within the work environment and interact with workplace materials as needed to carry out job responsibilities.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

  • Pressure test engineers and contribute to technical requirements.
  • Structure discovery processes to yield deep insights that impact the product roadmap.
  • Gather input from various internal stakeholders and external resources while staying updated on industry trends.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and on-scope delivery of their work.
