About The Position

SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Senior Product Management Specialist at our Palo Alto, CA location to support end to end product experience from strategy through execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • Two (2) years involving each of the following: Data analytics utilizing Tableau, Signavio, Celonis, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics; Product strategy and road mapping for enterprise software; and Data pipeline development and software integration.
  • One (1) year involving each of the following: Developing generative AI use cases for enterprise software and utilizing LLMs and RAG pipelines; Python, YAML, SQL, and Process Query Language; Conducting market research, product validation, and usability testing; Process analytics, optimization, and documentation; Product management in the CRM space; and Agile product management and design tools including Jira, Confluence, Mural, Figma, and Lucidchart.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to support product roadmap alignment with technical capabilities and constraints.
  • Contribute to product strategy development for AI/ML platform capabilities, APIs, and LLM-powered solutions.
  • Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to support product opportunity identification.
  • Help translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure.
  • Support cross-functional coordination between engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Track and analyze product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to support data-driven product decisions.
  • Assist with go-to-market planning and enablement for new AI features and platform capabilities.
  • Help build relationships with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
  • Support communication of product updates and progress to leadership and cross-functional partners.
