Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Design, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, digital innovation, consulting, technology, or startup environments.
- Proven experience managing software development initiatives and digital product delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean Startup, and human-centered design methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, researchers, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, fast-changing environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Consulting or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of customer-centric digital products and AI-enabled solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Translate business needs, market insights, and customer research into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Facilitate ideation sessions, innovation workshops, and product discovery initiatives.
- Drive the creation and validation of Proof of Concepts (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Partner with engineering, analytics, research, and design teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Manage product lifecycle activities including roadmap planning, prioritization, sprint planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to guide product execution and continuous improvement.
- Balance user experience, business priorities, and technical feasibility throughout development.
- Support implementation of AI and data-driven capabilities within enterprise environments.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across multiple industries.
- Present complex technical concepts in a clear and business-focused manner.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership teams to align product initiatives with strategic goals.
- Drive consensus and maintain momentum across cross-functional teams and client organizations.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
- Mentor junior product managers and cross-functional team members.
- Contribute to internal best practices, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives.
- Share learnings and help strengthen organizational capabilities in product management and innovation.
