About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Product Line Manager to help shape the future of the NikeSKIMS business. This individual has a proven ability to lead product creation teams in building elevated product lines across the seasonal calendar — collections that fuse Nike's performance authority with SKIMS’ mastery of fit, form, and feel. In this fast-paced and highly visible role, you'll thrive in ambiguity, navigate competing priorities, and embrace the creative tension that comes with building something new between two powerhouse brands. Above all, you will be consumer-obsessed - someone who deeply understands the NikeSKIMS consumer and translates her needs, desires, and cultural cues into product she can't live without. The ideal candidate will establish and cultivate relationships across the broader NikeSKIMS organization, while recognizing cultural, competitive, and consumer trends shaping women's activewear and lifestyle. You will leverage consumer and marketplace insights and translate them into product narratives that resonate emotionally and drive commercial impact. You will lead cross-functionally to deliver distinctive, innovative, and elevated product in the industry, while curating a product line that feels unmistakably NikeSKIMS: strong, sexy, and made for her.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Retail Merchandising, or related field, or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience.
  • Additional experience in product creation with a deep understanding of the product creation process.
  • Demonstrated fluency in the NikeSKIMS consumer — her lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, fit expectations, and shopping habits across performance and lifestyle.
  • Creativity and passion for product, fashion, trend, color, fit, and style.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the women's activewear marketplace, with a strong pulse on culture and fashion.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, influence, negotiate, and impact the triad across two brand organizations.
  • Strong business management experience.
  • Analytical proficiency and understanding of retail math.
  • Experience in Excel/Keynote/Miro/MMX.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Build seasonal product lines daily with Design, Development, Brand, Consumer Insights, and Merchandising teams.
  • Lead the triad, keeping projects on pace and ensuring clear communication across Nike and SKIMS partners.
  • Collaborate to develop line plans, shape assortment architecture, and drive future product strategies.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights to integrate consumer feedback throughout the product creation process, from brief to buy.
  • Champion the fit, feel, and emotional resonance that define NikeSKIMS products.
  • Drive on-calendar delivery across product briefs, design reviews, merchandising plans, and marketplace distribution weekly.
  • Translate cultural moments, consumer feedback, and marketplace signals into product decisions.
  • Keep downstream partners informed and accountable to ensure cohesive and impactful market presence.
