About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join one of our feature teams. Requirements

Customer-centric mindset. You don’t just focus on how to implement things, you also enjoy discussing and deeply understanding the “why”.
Collaborative working style. You enjoy working closely across disciplines to find creative solutions to problems together.
Strong communication skills. You ask clarifying questions, work to make sure every voice is heard, and help shepherd discussions toward concrete conclusions.
Pragmatic AI enthusiasm. You utilize AI thoughtfully to help speed up velocity and increase your understanding of your users, the domain, and the codebase. You avoid blindly shipping slop.
Attention to quality and correctness. An inaccurate construction estimate can have severe impacts on a company’s financials, so it is extra important we keep quality in mind throughout the entire development process.
Proficiency in modern web tech. Preferably our stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Postgres.

Nice To Haves

Bonus: you've worked in construction or fintech.

Responsibilities

Drive projects from concept to release, alongside Product Manager and Designer partners.
Write and review code (thoughtfully using AI to help with both).
Work in a distributed, remote environment.
