Job Description: Generate and present run charts and statistical process control (SPC) charts. Report yield fluctuations and be involved in resolving their cause. Daily interaction with the production engineers for feedback and trouble shooting. Review test data and release product to finished goods inventory. Generate specifications and sorting algorithms for new products. Generate test requirements for new product development. Generate internal part numbers and BOM for new products. Generate and optimize automated test IDs and release them. Support reliability and Test teams in new product qualification and failure analysis. No Travel is required.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cyber security or a related field, plus five (5) years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor based product design, development, RF testing, or characterization. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree plus (3) years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor based product design, development, RF testing or characterization experience in lieu of Bachelor's plus five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Must have at least (3) years of experience with the following:
  • Bench Characterization experience for using BERT, DCA-X and VNA
  • C++, C#, Excel, Data Analyzing tool like Jump or Galaxy
