Senior Product Engineer (AI-native) (m/f/x)
About The Position
nyra health builds digital tools for neurological rehabilitation, including the patient therapy app myReha and the clinician platform nyra insights. The company is experiencing significant growth, targeting 3x MRR growth for 2026 with a recent €20M Series A funding round and plans to scale its team from 30+ to approximately 50. This role is for a product engineer who designs and builds, with end-to-end ownership of the clinician-facing product, nyra insights. The ideal candidate will shape rough problems into polished features, with a strong focus on product aesthetics, AI integration, and an iterative shipping approach.
Requirements
- Design-minded builder with strong visual and interaction taste, demonstrated by personally designed and shipped digital products.
- Product ownership: ability to drive features from a high-level problem to a live state, enjoy talking to users, making decisions, and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Experience building with AI: LLMs and AI tools are core to your work, and you have experience integrating AI into real products.
- Fullstack range: genuine strength in Next.js and TypeScript, comfortable with Node.js, and capable of owning a feature all the way to the database.
- Senior level experience: approximately 4+ years of shipping production web products, with a track record of owning features from concept to deployment.
Nice To Haves
- Design systems or component-library leadership.
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, or another regulated domain (domain is learnable).
- Deeper backend or data-modelling experience (Postgres, Firebase).
Responsibilities
- Own the clinician-facing product nyra insights end to end.
- Shape rough problems into polished, shipped features used daily by over 100 clinics.
- Own the interaction, polish, and accessibility of shipped features across browsers and devices.
- Design and build AI-native products, integrating AI into the product itself, from LLM-powered workflows to smart defaults.
- Ship end-to-end features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Node.js.
- Keep the codebase clean and fast.
- Integrate cleanly with the patient-facing myReha app.
