About The Position

Red Cat Holdings is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager for its Global Product Development team. This parent-company role connects Red Cat leadership with product teams at subsidiaries including Teal Drones, FlightWave, Blue Ops, and Apium, as well as future acquisitions. The manager helps subsidiary teams execute their product roadmaps while aligning them with Red Cat’s broader vision and establishing standardized product development practices across the company. The role supports portfolio-level planning through integrated master schedules, helps identify shared tools and platforms, and leads product development onboarding for newly acquired companies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical, product, or project management field, or 11+ years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree. Candidates must have 7+ years in product development or program management, with a strong focus on hardware-software integration in a holding-company or multi-subsidiary environment. The position is based at Red Cat Corporate in Salt Lake City, Utah. It requires a post-offer background check and access to ITAR/EAR-controlled materials; candidates subject to those restrictions must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residence and must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization. The role includes regular exposure to facility operations and may involve off-hours or weekend work for emergency responses or projects. Compensation includes base pay, an annual equity package, and potential bonuses; the salary range is undisclosed.
