About The Position

Ability to demonstrate that your work has had a meaningful impact on company outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end experience of the new product.
Bring genuine aesthetic judgment to all design work, ensuring screens are polished, considered, and consistent, with strong opinions on typography, spacing, and color.
Check in code and ship directly to customers, not just defining the design.
Bring existing AI processes and tools to uplevel the team and develop new ones, leveraging AI as a force multiplier.
