About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape intuitive, high-impact product experiences for our customers. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to design solutions that are both elegant and effective. You’ll own projects end-to-end—from discovery and research to interaction design and polished UI—while raising the bar for product quality across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience , ideally in SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and shipped products .
- Expertise in interaction design, UX, and visual design .
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar).
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in agile environments .
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution .
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience designing B2B SaaS or sales tools
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
- Experience with data-informed design and experimentation
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across key initiatives, from concept to launch.
- Translate complex product problems into simple, intuitive user experiences .
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs .
- Improve and evolve our design system and design standards .
- Advocate for the customer experience and ensure usability and accessibility best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence , mentoring others and raising the bar for quality.
