As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of Bikky's product. Working closely with the Head of Product Design and collaborating with product leadership, engineering, and data teams, you will define, design, and deliver features that empower restaurant operators. The role emphasizes a strong attention to detail, from high-level systems thinking to pixel-perfect execution. You will take ownership of key workflows, contributing to both the user experience and the underlying design patterns that will support the product's growth. Requirements

5+ years of experience in product design
Experience designing complex, data-heavy, or B2B products
Strong end-to-end product design skills, from discovery and systems thinking to polished execution
The ability to clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs to cross-functional partners

Nice To Haves

Strong visual and brand sensibilities, including experience contributing to marketing visuals, product marketing assets, or brand systems
Experience designing analytics tools, dashboards, or AI-assisted products

Responsibilities

Partner with product and engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and ship end-to-end product experiences
Lead design work for major initiatives across our analytics platform, dashboards, and AI-driven interfaces
Translate complex data concepts into simple, understandable user experiences for non-technical restaurant teams
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance usability, clarity, and speed, without losing sight of craft
Collaborate directly with the Head of Product Design on design direction, critique, and long-term vision
Contribute to and help evolve Bikky’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product
Work closely with customer-facing teams to incorporate real-world feedback into design decisions
