About The Position

Pumpkin is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Experience team. In this role, you will be part of a tight-knit, high-velocity pod working closely alongside a Product Manager and Engineers. Your mission: Help envision and scale our innovative wellness membership club by creating compelling experiences that convey the value of preventive veterinary care and every day wellness practices, making it easier and more rewarding for pet parents to support their pet’s holistic wellbeing and healthspan throughout their life. You are a designer at heart with a "star-shaped" skillset, a curious product mind, and a builder mentality. You thrive in highly collaborative teams, enjoy thoughtful debate, and are eager to roll up your sleeves to lead initiatives end-to-end—from discovery, inception, and validation through build, launch, and insight-driven iteration. You turn constraints into opportunities and ambiguity into action. Constantly testing new tools and embracing emerging tech, you take complete ownership of your work and its impact on broader team goals. If you thrive in a fast-moving, relentlessly curious, pet-loving culture, we want to meet you.

  • Embrace Modern Tech & AI: Actively adopt emerging tech, AI tools, and automated workflows to increase product velocity and uncover new opportunities, balancing speed with privacy and craft.
