About The Position

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design execution of strategic initiatives at Perchwell, including considerable responsibility over rebuilding core workflows. This is a senior, high-leverage role responsible for shaping the next generation of our platform across web and mobile. You will operate as the design lead for material segments of Perchwell’s user experience, ensuring quality, consistency, and velocity while partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership. You have deep experience designing complex, data-rich platforms and know how to bring clarity to ambiguity. You combine strong visual craft with systems thinking, and you understand how to translate detailed product requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences. You will work directly with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to define interaction patterns, enforce adoption of our evolving design system, and maintain a high bar for usability and polish. We are building infrastructure that real estate professionals rely on every day. Craftsmanship, intent, and customer focus are not optional. They are table stakes.

  • Experience leading large product initiatives with significant cross-functional coordination and executive visibility.
  • Deep fluency in interaction design, information architecture, and design systems at scale.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in Figma and execution details.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence product direction through thoughtful rationale and user advocacy.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
