About The Position

As a Senior Product Designer at Renmoney, you’ll spearhead the design strategy and execution for our digital financial products, including mobile apps, web platforms, and internal tools. Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders, you’ll deliver intuitive, impactful designs that boost customer satisfaction, drive product adoption (e.g., achieving 20%+ growth in user engagement), and fuel business success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI, ideally in fintech, banking, or tech-driven industries.
• A robust portfolio showcasing digital/mobile design projects with measurable outcomes (e.g., improved conversion rates or user engagement).
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Proven experience thriving in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in UX/UI principles, user research, and scalable design systems.
• Sharp eye for detail, paired with creative and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to juggle user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility with finesse.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills to elevate team performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience and interface design for Renmoney’s digital products and front-end channels delivering solutions that increase user acquisition, engagement and retention
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to transform business goals into user-centric designs, consistently shipping high-impact product features.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights to refine designs, targeting a 90%+ user satisfaction score.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs using tools like Figma.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Advocate for design thinking and user-first principles across the organization.
• Mentor junior designers, helping them grow into confident contributors.
