About The Position

Secfix is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own features from initial customer conversations through to production. This role involves writing specifications, collaborating closely with engineers during the build process, and ensuring designs are implemented accurately. The company is looking for a designer who takes ownership rather than simply handing off work. The engineering team has doubled, and the company is expanding its design team to handle the increasing workload and maintain its rapid development pace. Secfix automates the manual and time-consuming process for over 1.78 million SMBs in Europe who need to comply with security frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2. Their platform integrates with various tech stacks (AWS, Azure AD, Jira, GitLab, GCP, etc.) to automatically extract compliance evidence and guide teams to certification in weeks. Having raised €17M, including a €12M Series A, Secfix is backed by prominent investors and is on a profitable growth trajectory towards European market leadership. The company is leveraging AI, particularly with its new CISO AI product, to enhance its offerings in areas like agentic workflows, intelligent evidence collection, and context-aware policy generation. Secfix believes in building compliance software that is user-friendly, respects users' time, and automates tedious tasks, contrasting with the historically heavy and complex nature of such software. Quality is paramount, with a focus on craft and details that customers experience directly. Design at Secfix is integral to the product's functionality, not just its appearance.
