We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who wants to help shape the future of travel. At Spotnana, you'll design traveler-facing and partner experiences that make travel simpler, smarter, and more intuitive. Working at the intersection of design, product, and technology, you'll help define exceptional user experiences, from polished interfaces to emerging AI-powered and conversational experiences. We're looking for a designer who combines strong product thinking, exceptional UI craft, and a passion for mentoring others while delivering meaningful business impact.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of product design experience across user experience, interaction design, and visual design
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking, UI craft, and end-to-end design execution
- Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with enthusiasm for AI-powered design and development workflows
- Experience creating and evolving design systems, responsive experiences, and accessible products
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor other designers
- Experience partnering with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products in fast-paced environments
- Willing and able to work in an open office environment

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex travel experiences and internal tools
- Shape product strategy
- Elevate design quality across the team
- Help define how AI enhances the future of travel
- Design thoughtful solutions for complex traveler-facing products and partner experiences, from concept through launch
- Create high-quality user interfaces, prototypes, and specifications that bring product ideas to life
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to solve complex user problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Lead design initiatives across multiple workstreams while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Mentor and influence other designers through collaboration, feedback, and design critiques
- Explore and shape AI-powered and conversational product experiences that redefine how people plan and manage travel
