About The Position
We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join Honeydew’s talented and growing Design team. This is a full ownership role, as you'll take design problems from first principles through to final specs.
Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end ownership — you understood the problem, drove the solution, and saw it through to delivery
- Strong systems thinking: design systems, component libraries, or work that demonstrates consistency at scale
- Strong ability to lead Design Reviews, clearly articulating complex UX ideas and getting the right feedback
- Startup experience where you've had to create structure from scratch
- Recent experience using AI-assisted tools where they genuinely add speed or quality
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare and/or e-commerce a plus
Responsibilities
- Own product areas end-to-end: problem framing, flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Build and maintain a design system that scales as the product grows
- Work closely with Product and Engineering throughout the build process
- Run lightweight research and usability testing to validate direction
- Contribute design output that informs both engineering and broader product decisions
