About The Position

Lucidya is an AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence that manages entire customer lifecycles autonomously. Unlike platforms that only surface insights, Lucidya completes the loop with proprietary NLU capabilities, enabling teams to deliver personalized experiences that drive measurable improvements. As we invest in Agentic AI, design is critical in ensuring our technology feels powerful, trustworthy, and intuitive. This role is for someone who wants to work on difficult, meaningful design problems and leave a visible mark on the product, design culture, and the future of AI-powered software.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, approach to problems, evaluation of trade-offs, and delivered outcomes.
  • Strong UX and interaction design skills, including workflows, states, edge cases, and user behavior.
  • Excellent visual design craft, with attention to hierarchy, typography, spacing, consistency, and polish.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and scalable design practices.
  • Experience conducting or contributing meaningfully to user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, creating clarity, structure, and momentum from loosely defined challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning.
  • Seeking and constructively giving feedback.
  • Prioritizing solving customer problems over protecting ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end experience for key Agentic AI initiatives, helping users understand AI actions, reasons, and intervention points.
  • Simplify complex AI system challenges (autonomy, confidence, transparency, control) into intuitive and easy-to-navigate experiences.
  • Contribute polished, thoughtful design work to improve the overall quality, cohesion, and enterprise-grade feel of the platform.
  • Design onboarding, education, feedback loops, and interaction patterns to help customers adopt AI faster.
  • Create experiences that work naturally across Arabic and English environments, considering RTL, localized content, and cultural expectations.
  • Contribute reusable patterns, components, and interaction models that scale across multiple products and use cases.
  • Use customer understanding, research, testing, and user behavior to inform design decisions.
  • Participate in critiques, mentor other designers, share thinking openly, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
