The Instacart Design Team is dedicated to making grocery shopping effortless for everyone and solving large-scale challenges across our four-sided marketplace—designing for Consumers, Shoppers, Retailers, and Advertisers. We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join the Lifecycle & Growth team, focused on Instacart+ (subscription) and Incentives. You will design experiences that shape how customers discover, evaluate, and commit to subscription benefits while evolving the promotional systems that drive activation, retention, and long-term value. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Research to deliver measurable business impact through cohesive, high-quality product experiences. This is a remote role open to candidates across the United States and Canada, with a preference for those who can collaborate effectively with partners in New York City and Eastern Time hours.
