About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to join our Financial Services team in Canada. This role sits at the intersection of Product Analytics, Decision Science, and Product Strategy. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business leadership to help shape the future of Capital through data-driven decision making. In many ways, data-driven decision making is the product itself. We’re looking for someone who can operate as a strategic thought partner, not simply answer predefined questions, but help determine: What problems we should solve, and the right way to design and implement solutions. Defining and measuring success across product, merchant, and business outcomes. Optimizing for both merchant success and business performance, balancing growth, risk, and operational tradeoffs.
