Field experience working directly with customers and dealers to identify needs and develop solutions for aftermarket parts.
Demonstrated product knowledge of hydraulic and undercarriage systems.
Background in product application, technical sales, product support, commercial strategy, or dealer enablement.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes.
Experience delivering product training, demonstrations, onboarding, or sales enablement support.
Ability to use performance data, customer requirements, and field insights to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Provide product application expertise at the point of sale and deliver product training on applied technology, job efficiency, and safety for customers, company teams, and dealer sales personnel.
Conduct product performance studies, evaluate customer jobsite efficiency, and gather product and customer requirements to identify incremental sales opportunities.
Build business cases that support product improvements and new product introduction programs.
Manage marketing technology tools and systems while partnering with key stakeholders to develop a product roadmap that supports business growth.
Collaborate across internal teams to align timelines, clarify marketing goals, and advance marketing technology priorities.
Develop product knowledge resources and sales growth programs that support field-facing teams, customer engagement, and market execution.
