Senior Product Analyst
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst with a passion for developing and advancing insurance solutions for the Commercial Ag and Agribusiness market. As a member of the Personal Lines & Ag Product team, you will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and managing property and casualty insurance products for customers and target markets to support company growth and profitability. In this role, you will collaborate with product, underwriting, actuarial, claims, technology, and distribution teams, as well as external partners, to research market needs, develop innovative coverage solutions, and implement product enhancements. This position offers a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in commercial agricultural risk exposures and become a trusted subject matter expert on agribusiness insurance coverages. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus five or more years of property and casualty insurance experience, with an emphasis in underwriting, claims, or product development.
- Experience with agribusiness or farm and ranch accounts is also beneficial.
- CPCU, CIC and/or AFIS designations, or progress toward completion of industry education
- Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to exercise independent judgment in decision making
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills are essential to support coverage form drafting and presentations to leadership and other teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and priorities, and interact professionally and effectively in a team environment
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
