Senior Product Analyst, Pharmacy & Managed Care

MJH Life Sciences®•Cranbury, NJ
•$100,000 - $120,000•Hybrid

About The Position

MJH Life Sciences is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to serve as the data partner for its pharmacy and managed care business, including brands that reach pharmacists, managed care decision-makers, and payer audiences. The analyst will own the analytical relationship with these teams, turn business questions into actionable findings, and help shape data products for pharmaceutical clients focused on access, formulary, and pharmacy audiences. The role is expected to proactively identify what stakeholders need to know, rather than simply respond to requests. The analyst will lead analytics for pharmacy and managed care audiences across the company’s sites, newsletters, events, and programs. This includes developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks; supporting client-facing campaign reporting and audience insights; and collaborating with Product Scientists and Engineers on data quality, audience definitions, and Snowflake pipelines. The position also involves incorporating relevant external data, writing recommendation memos, following up on whether insights affected decisions, using AI tools in daily analytical work, and mentoring junior analysts.
