About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Product Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating applications and systems to ensure all products meet end user needs. Responsibilities include documenting product requirements, defining business scope and objectives in terms of the product, and identifying technology solutions that support overall business strategy and operational goals. Collaborates with key project team members and scrum teams in designing functional solutions for the product, identifying and resolving project issues, and ensuring the defined solutions meet business requirements. Participates in development and configuration tasks as needed. Serves as a subject matter resource and mentor to Product Analysts by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and quality review of work products when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in product analysis, business systems analysis, product management, or a related technology-focused role

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications in Salesforce Administration and/or Project Management are strongly preferred
