You’ll provide informal leadership and mentorship, helping the agile delivery team stay aligned and focused. You’ll juggle multiple priorities — from gathering requirements to quality testing—bringing curiosity, attention to detail and a product mindset that raises quality with every release. FCC is a financially self-sustaining federal Crown corporation with over 100 offices across Canada, and our corporate office in Regina, Saskatchewan. We lend money and provide other services to primary producers, agri-food operations and agribusinesses that provide inputs or add value to agriculture.

Requirements

  • Degree in finance, marketing or commerce, IT or computer science and at least four years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in data-related work is an asset
  • AWS experience is an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is important and is always considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Document and execute user story acceptance tests
  • Provide user story and solution support to team members
  • Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team
  • Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment releases
  • Support investigation, analysis, and response to bugs within current data sets
