About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Individual to join the High-Net-Worth Product Team as an L9 Senior Product Analyst. In this capacity, you will be responsible for identifying product opportunities, conducting thorough data analysis, and supporting the execution of innovative product solutions. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in improving product and business operational efficiency, optimizing team performance, and elevating customer experience across the High Net Worth and Mass Market Product Initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of pricing, underwriting, and their interactions with the product profitability and offering.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platform.
  • Analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-focused and aptitude for teamwork with solid organizational and communications skills.
  • Autonomous and perseverant; shows initiative and creativity in their work.
  • Recognized for their thoroughness and the quality of their work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end management of the residential insurance products suite, monitoring performance, identifying areas of opportunity, developing recommendations and driving changes to achieve business and financial objectives.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of residential products and a solid understanding of customer segments, customer needs, competitive landscape and trends in the General Insurance industry to assist in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to gain insights into trends affecting current product offerings and effectively communicate the findings.
  • Compile key performance metrics as needed.
  • Evaluate the potential effects of proposed product changes on customers, operations, and financial performance through analysis of key business drivers, create business cases and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the product meets customers, business and regulatory objectives and standards.
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes and guidelines in alignment with risk appetite.
  • Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.
  • Act as a brand champion for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally.
