Direct and deliver Procurement services within business units, leverage knowledge and experience to balance business decisions and enhance outcomes in the best interest of business units/local market. This role involves leading Procurement activities and teams across projects, driving Procurement decisions for alignment with project and BU objectives, and approaching procurement management from a holistic and strategic perspective to account for risk management and stakeholder needs. The position also focuses on developing and optimizing the Procurement business unit team, managing departmental budgets, leveraging company programs, and partnering with Business Development for strategic bidding and subcontractor awards. A key aspect is leading and developing operational excellence in Procurement teams through coaching and mentoring, evaluating long-term impacts of Procurement decisions, managing the subcontractor portfolio, and designing/implementing programs for Underrepresented Business Enterprises (UBEs). The role emphasizes lean leadership, continuous improvement, fostering communication and collaboration, and delivering timely performance feedback.
