About The Position

The Senior Procurement Manager (SPCM) role manages a team of procurement professionals to develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies that deliver cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and long-term business value. The Senior Procurement Category Manager will lead high-impact negotiations, oversee complex commercial activities, and ensure supply chain competitiveness, compliance, and resilience. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and leverage global talent to strengthen Rolls-Royce’s sourcing capability across multiple business areas.

Requirements

Associate degree with 10+ years of procurement experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of procurement experience, OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of procurement experience, OR JD/PhD with 3+ years of procurement experience, OR 12+ years of experience in procurement in lieu of a degree
Must be a U.S. Citizen
