About The Position

Drive operational excellence and innovation by leading complex process improvements across manufacturing sites, delivering measurable gains in efficiency, safety, and cost performance. This role plays a critical part in scaling best practices and enabling high-performing, standardized operations across the organization. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes across plants of varying scale. This role leads cross-functional initiatives, implements best practices, and drives continuous improvement to enhance operational performance, safety, and financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in manufacturing process optimization and standardization.
  • Deep technical expertise in process engineering, including design, process controls, and equipment selection.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex problem-solving initiatives and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills applied to complex manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and optimize resources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver complex engineering designs, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and cost estimates.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
  • Drive implementation and adherence to Best Operating Practices (BOP) and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex process deviations with sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, maintenance, quality, supply chain) to solve challenges and implement improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant Management of Change (MOC) documentation for process updates.
  • Share and scale best practices and new technologies across sites to drive enterprise-wide impact.
