This will include power, gas processing, mining, technology/semiconductor, heavy industry, new energy, and food industries.With limited direction, develops and applies advanced treatment and engineering techniques, concepts, and approaches to solve complex engineering problems for a wide range of water quality and treatment challenges.Develop and present technical evaluations and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.Supervise junior engineers in performing design work.Perform all aspects of conventional process design engineering analysis. Build and maintain relationships with clients.Participate in writing proposals. Why BVs Process Engineering Team?The work is rewarding and meaningfulThe team is comprised of supportive and appreciative professionals Career opportunities exist in many rapidly expanding business solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesEngineering Production:Lead process engineering design of water and wastewater treatment and delivery systems.Prepares a variety of moderately complex process engineering deliverables: PFDs, Water Balances, MSDs, P&IDs, Equipment Datasheets and Specifications.Performs complex research and develops recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection. Responsible for detailed design and procurement of water treatment systems, including construction and commissioning support.Manages assigned budget, schedule, and quality requirements.Plans and conducts independent evaluation, selection and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.Reviews lower level engineering work or assignments.Is responsible for one or more of the following: overseeing collection, assimilation, and management of data for engineering work; leading smaller production teams; and serving as the responsible charge for a project.Knowledge Sharing, Innovation and Technology:Serves as a technical specialist and has knowledge and skill set to provide consultation and guidance to project teams in a particular practice area.Designs a complete project of complex scope within an assigned practice area.Coordination with our industrial water team and segments regarding thought leadership and presentations at critical conferences Client Focus:Assists with identification of key client interests and drivers on less complex projects.Actively seeks to understand client interests and drivers through normal client contact and through interaction and communication with project leadership.Provides support to business development or pursuit activities including involvement in pre-positioning meetings, proposal development, client interviews, identification of winning sales messages.Management Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.
  • Minimum of 11 years related work experience.
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
  • Required to have Professional Engineer registration or licensure, or willingness/ability to pursue such registration.
